Important Information about Tickets
Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Children’s Theatre cannot offer compensation for missed performances.
Tickets purchased 7 days prior to the scheduled performance event will be mailed. Tickets purchased less than 7 days prior to the performance event will be held in your name at the Will Call Window at the Ticket Office. Tickets may be picked up on the day of the scheduled performance, beginning one hour prior to curtain.
Unclaimed, will-call tickets are released and sold at curtain for each performance.
