Students enjoy experimenting and developing skills through multiple art-making techniques. They discover the joy of brainstorming multiple approaches to solve a creative problem. These artists learn to check their creation for the intended meaning and modify the artwork accordingly.

Mixed Media artwork is the most fun to make! Take a little of this, and a little of that, and put it together anyway you want! Each new layer adds another dimension! Discover the art elements of Value and Form, and the design principles of Balance and Emphasis, in mixed media. Practice new skills and invent your own techniques with an exciting range of tools for art making! Tuition includes materials.

You may have painted with a brush, but have you painted with a computer? Discover the computer as a creative tool and make your artwork come alive on the screen! Use Photoshop to create digital paintings and unleash the imagination. Tuition includes Lab fees.

Plunge into the Fabulous Fiber Frenzy through knitting or crocheting, weaving, felting, dyeing and stitchery to explore age-old creativity. Think yarn bombing, UpCycling, and altering!

Working with your child's skill level, hand-building, wheel-throwing, and glazing techniques are explored. Advanced students have the opportunity for independent study with access to an instructor for guidance. Students must be at least 10 years old to take this class. Tuition includes materials and firings.

Get outside with the flowers and the trees and use your paintbrush to show us what you see! Perfect for springtime, this outdoor art class explores the museum grounds to teach the elements of landscape painting. Painting from observation is a skill that will last a lifetime! Tuition includes materials.
