To make a reservation for your tour experience, please fill out the form below or call 501-372-4000. Check in at the Information Desk upon arrival.
School Tours
The Arkansas Arts Center provides engaging, exciting tours during the week for classroom and homeschool students alike. These guided tours are thematic to aid in the appreciation, understanding, and FUN of looking at works of art…and they support state and national standards. View the list of school tour themes.
In addition, adult guided tours may be provided with advance notice.
- Guided tours require two weeks minimum advanced notice.
- School tours can be provided between 10:00 and 1:00 (Tuesday through Friday), other times with advance notice if docents are available.
- Groups larger than 60 students are not guaranteed a docent tour, however, tours can be provided upon availability of docents.
Self-guided Tours
In order to avoid overcrowding in the galleries and to maximize the experience, self-guided groups are requested to make reservations.
Weekend Tours
Join our docents on a free tour (some exhibitions require a ticket prior to the tours) every weekend.
Docents are also available in the galleries during these times:
Saturday: 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m.
